Implementation and follow-up are fundamental activities to monitor the solutions developed. During this period, Erising tests and implements solutions in the manufacturing environment, validates the procedures and models developed, and implements the KPIs and the visual management boards that allow the follow-up of the solutions. In fact, the work standardization, to minimize variability and sustain quality, is accomplished in this phase.
