This training and certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt combines a quick, but intense and consistent, review of the fundamentals of Continuous Improvement, Lean and 6 Sigma methodologies, illustrating them with real case studies and games that simulate everyday situations. Through the application of the DMAIC Model (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) trainees acquire knowledge and skills to apply sustainable strategies for continuous improvement.
