ERISING Strengthens Team Spirit with Nature Team Building Weekend

ERISING Team Enjoys Outdoor Activities in Lagoa de Albufeira and Arrábida, Fostering Connection and Well-being.

On July 25th and 26th, ERISING held a two-day Team Building activity, offering its team a weekend of leisure, adventure, and camaraderie away from the typical work environment. The event took place amidst the stunning natural landscapes of Lagoa de Albufeira and Serra da Arrábida.

The main goal of this initiative was to reinforce internal cohesion, promote employee well-being, and cultivate an atmosphere of camaraderie that reflects in the daily synergy and productivity of the company.

Over the weekend, the ERISING team had the opportunity to participate in various recreational and sporting activities, including:

• Water Activities: Sessions of Stand Up Paddle (SUP) and kayaking on the Lagoa de Albufeira, providing moments of challenge and fun on the water.

• Beach Sports: Beach volleyball games, which encouraged teamwork and healthy competition.

• Socializing and Nature: Accommodation in bungalows at a campsite, allowing for immersion in nature and strengthening group spirit during evening social gatherings.

For ERISING, experiences like this are crucial, not only for rest but also because they “strengthen the team spirit and create memories that help us grow together.” The positive energy and unity generated during the Team Building are elements the company believes will translate into more collaborative and effective performance in daily work, aligning with the principles of optimization and continuous improvement (Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma) that ERISING promotes.
