ERISING Attends PROODUTECH R3 SUMMIT, Driving Digital and Sustainable Industry Transformation

ERISING Presents the PDCA4.0 Platform and Contributes Operational Efficiency Know-how at the Main National Industry Meeting in Porto.

ERISING marked an active presence on July 2nd, at the PRODUTECH R3 SUMMIT, which took place at the Sheraton Hotel in Porto. The event gathered the main stakeholders and players in Portuguese industry, with the core objective of sharing the results of the PRODUTECH R3 Mobilizing Agenda, promoting strategic synergies, and debating pathways towards a more sustainable, resilient, and digital industry.

ERISING’s participation in this Summit underscores its active role at the forefront of industrial transformation and in supporting national competitiveness.

The highlight of ERISING’s participation was the presentation of the PDCA4.0 platform by its collaborator, Jéssica Paula Marim Lopes. PDCA4.0 is an innovative platform currently under development through a strategic partnership between ERISING, the Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), and Vanguarda.

During the event, ERISING shared its extensive know-how in operational efficiency, demonstrating how the principles of Process Optimization, Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma / Kaizen), and Efficient Resource Utilization are crucial for the transformation of Portuguese industry. The PDCA4.0 platform is a key tool for operationalizing this continuous improvement in the era of Industry 4.0.
