ERISING Celebrates the Success of New Industrial Talents at the ATEC Graduation Gala

ERISING CEO Diogo Jorge Attended the Ceremony in Palmela, Strengthening an Active Partnership Dedicated to Training Lean Six Sigma Specialists.

On November 21st, ERISING, represented by its CEO Diogo Jorge, had the honor of participating in the ATEC Graduation and Merit Awards Gala, held at the Cine-Teatro São João in Palmela. The event celebrated the completion of the training journey for dozens of students, highlighting the merit, effort, and determination required to enter an increasingly demanding job market.

Practical Training in Continuous Improvement

Recently, ERISING led a Lean Six Sigma Seminar at ATEC, aimed at equipping students from the Industrial Maintenance, Network Management, and Automotive Mechatronics programs with critical operational efficiency tools. During this initiative, students delved into the fundamentals of the Toyota Production System and explored structured problem-solving methodologies, such as:

• PDCA, 8D, A3, and DMAIC: Essential methodologies for process improvement.

• Voice of Customer (VoC): The importance of aligning production with real customer needs.

• Change Management: Strategies to identify and overcome barriers to innovation within organizations.
