ERISING took part in a training course at Banco Santander focused on Lean Six Sigma concepts, with the aim of developing a culture of continuous improvement in a vast and multidisciplinary team of around 60 employees in the Operations area.

In a very dynamic session, it was possible to convey the message of the usefulness of Lean concepts and all their value in the process chain.

Erising thanks Santander for the opportunity to share its experience, praising the importance of transversal training in concepts that add unquestionable value to its professionals.
