Expo i4.0 2023

Erising was present at this year’s expo i4.0, a fair held together with ExpoMetal and 3D Additive Expo.

An opportunity to publicize the developments of its projects in the area of Lean Six Sigma and Industry 4.0.

Erising was present at the 2023 edition of Expo i4.0 where it had the opportunity to present its latest developments in the area of Industry 4.0, namely the 5S 4.0 and SDCA4.0 solutions.

The 5S 4.0 solution presents itself as a way of responding to the challenges organizations face in controlling their equipment. This solution’s main functionality is the monitoring of tools and operators through an IoT system. This will allow recording and analysis of the history of tool use, as well as knowing real-time information about the tools, such as the status and the worker responsible.

The SDCA 4.0 solution uses assisted reality technology to facilitate the standardization of procedures, enabling the recording of times and observations for later analysis, and also allowing the creation of automatic reports aimed at Continuous Improvement.

During the expo, Erising also presented the PDCA 4.0 solution, a software to support the continuous improvement strategy. This software allows the automatic identification of critical performance aspects, facilitating the management of PDCA – problem solving projects. Through a Predictive Analysis component, it identifies the probability of future results that are visualized through an intuitive graphic design where all stages of the PDCA are visualized.

All solutions were very successful with the public, which leads Erising to face the challenges ahead with redoubled enthusiasm.
